About the Captain
Captain Lloyd Baldwin
A native of Port Townsend and a lifelong sailor, Lloyd is the owner and primary operator of Suva. He has captained a fishing boat in Alaska, has been a competitive sailboat racer, and currently works as an Engineer for the Washington State Ferries. Among his more notable sailing experiences was his time spent as captain of Odyssey, the sea-scout and sail training boat operated by the Boy Scouts of America. Lloyd holds a 100-ton Master's License.
