Suva and her experienced crew can provide a wide choice of sailing adventures in the beautiful waters of Puget Sound and its connecting waters. We have comfortable accommodations in heated cabins and a gourmet chef to prepare fabulous meals of local Washington meats, seafood and produce. Relax and enjoy the trip or help with the sailing and navigation, birdwatch, spot marine mammals such as seals, Orcas or even the occasional whale. Explore the islands and secluded anchorages of the San Juans, discover the fascinating history of the area.
Trips can be arranged to suit your schedule. A typical trip can start from Port Townsend, Friday Harbor or Deer Harbor. Five or six days would allow enough time to explore several islands and anchorages.
A five day trip for a party of four would cost $800 per day with all meals included with wine service at dinner.
Our season can start as early as April when the islands are not crowded and the wild flowers are blooming. Several trips have available space, special trips can be arranged to visit the Canadian Gulf Islands as well as the inland waters of British Columbia. Please contact us for more information.
We have two spaces available for the five day CRISR, the Captain Reynaud Invitational Schooner Race, July 11 to the 16th starting in Victoria and ending in North Pender British Columbia. A low key fun "race" actually a cruise with many other classic schooners this year entirely in Canada. Join us for songs, stories, great food and a chance to sail with the famous local schooner fleet.
